Help Regarding MPEG TS File - Help Please

Dear All

I want to play standard video format file to my digital cable reciever but system not read it as i understood that recever play specific type of video i.e MPEG-TS and along with it one file with type .INFO also genrated.
please advise me which convertor i can use to genrate MPES-TS file and INFO file so i can play downloaded movies on TV through my Digital Cable Reciever.

Its my Tv limitation that its has no Output port and my sound system attached to TV via my cable reciever hence need to play downloaded movie through my Digital cable reciever USB port.
Please help, use mediainfo to get spec of file which reciever create when i record any channel. Need to convert my downloaded movie to this format with INFO file so my cable receiver system can play it.

Concern INFO File generated along with each TV recorded video attached for reference.
