Need help from Computer Experts

Hi folks, I am having malware problems. I uninstalled this program called KNCTR by itibiti.exe through the Control Panel. However, when I restart my computer and go to Start --> MSCONFIG and go to the "startup" tab, I find that the itibiti.exe. is still there. I disable it (uncheck it) It is very interesting because I thought I uninstalled it in the control panel. So why is it showing up under my "startup" tab?
Is it rebooting somewhere in the background when Win7 restarts even if i is invisible in the "Uninstall Program" through the control panel?

It says the location C:Program Files (x86)/Itibiti Soft Phone/itibit.exe

However, when I go to that folder on my C drive, I cannot even find it. I deleted it from the"hit Uninstall Program in the Control Panel, but why is it showing up in the "Startup" tab in MSCONFIG?


Also, I am using Chrome and getting pop ups. So I go to Extensions and disable this file called "Hitman" I even delete it. But somehow these weird pop up programs keep coming back to Extensions. I do a factory reset on the browser. What else can I do?
