Hello!
I have a 1080P SBS mkv file, with a resolution of 3840*1080.
I have that file in an external USB hard drive, connected with my smart tv.
Whenever I try to play that file with my TV I get the error that the resolution 3840*1080 is not supported.
My TV is Active 3D Full HD. So why can't I play the movie?
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Thank you Scott for the quick answer!
Half SBS should do the trick, but since I have an active 3D TV I would like to watch in FULL HD (and not half the resolution).
So there is no way to play a Full HD (1920*1080 for both eyes) 3D movie with the internal TV media player? I mean with a MKV file.
