You bought a used analog TV tuner card that Hauppauge produced in 2005 for installation in Dell PCs running Windows XP Media Center edition. Only Dell provided drivers and support for it. I doubt that Dell ever had Windows 7 drivers for it.

I can't verify accuracy of the claim, but somebody at Tom's Hardware thought it was the same thing as a Hauppauge PVR-150 and provided a link to 32-bit driver package at Hauppauge's website http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/14943-63-download-full-driver-multi-26559lf-windows

If you want 64-bit drivers for Windows 7, they don't exist, and 32-bit drivers won't work with a 64-bit OS.

This driver can be used in a 32bit or 64bit system with less than 4gigs of ram
If the 64-bit drivers won't work when 4GB of RAM (or more) is installed, then they might as well not exist for most people using a 64-bit OS.

It mean fix 32bit/64bit system with less than then 4GB of ram as ver of drivers before it had problem make it broken.
What also not there system with 32bit and 4GB in the system where you saw up to 3.8GB system memory deepnd on a number facter which also fixs any words if had more 4GB the rigth video card with 1GB it didn't work well or not at all which common problem with 3GB barrier which varies by motherboard and I/O device configuration, particularly the size of video RAM; it may be in the range of 2.75 GB to 3.5 GB.

The remarks do not in fact say that. It is a warning not a release note.

This once again demonstrates that you are functionally illiterate in English or are petty enough to make things up so that you do not appear to be wrong.

Of all the childish remarks you have ever written, that is possibly the most idiotic.

    Its questionable

Unless the op has stated in previous posts what his operating system actually is ... either 32 bit or 64bit

For such an old device you may need to disable "driver signing" upon system boot pre login

The 32bit driver question under 64bit os ... unless it is full 64bit without remnants of 32bit os then yes, 32bit drivers are supported.

Here are reports from disinterested parties confirming that the PVR-150's 64-bit drivers don't work if 4GB of ram is installed. They only work if less than 4GB is installed, just like I said.

After look at past email back track all my old mail never mind it was product beta board that I had time that give US problem not 150/500 like I was think so I found the email about and that driver 4GB thing OPS and 150/500 64bit driver had have no more then 4GB of system memory to work so they say which had to do with hardware I/O memory addresing and firmware for the CX23416 which going need the never chip that where the CX23417 and CX23418 come in that which would address the problem.
Funny things is I'm 95% sure I had PVR 500 install at same time round as I was testing Windows Vista 64bit at the time an at the time hauppauge sent me 2x2GB (4GB) so I could do 8GB in stead of 4GB, I see if I have enought funds left over to pick used PVR 150 just check it as I done give away my both of PVR150 and PVR500 to other people about 5 years ago.
