    Most of the free editing/splitting tools that I've found don't specifically mention H.265.

    Any GUI that runs on top of ffmpeg should be able to do it. Or just do it manually in a bat file.

    ffmpeg -i yourvideo.mp4 -t 00:30:00 -c copy output.mp4
    Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........
