Actually, you do not need that.
Load the folder into imgburn and insert a blank disk and click on the calculator icon. If it is over-size then you will get an appropriate message.

While you're at it, burn with ImgBurn as well instead of DVD Architect.

any particular reason not to use DVD architect ........ I thought as its part of same 'suite; would interop better

When I started authoring dvds, I always used the burner of the program. I was getting errors/wasting disks.
Then I started reading here and discovered programs that do the same but only better. Oh. You could still waste disks if you use rubbish media. But quality disks (Verbatim) + imgburn are a marriage made in heaven.
