    Without seeing the video or even screen caps I can't say where the problem is. But generally, you want to play full screen at the monitor's native resolution (apparently 1360x768 in your case) and capture at that same resolution with a lossless or very low loss codec. If you continue to have problems you should post a short sample video and a screen cap image of the game (not a video capture) for comparison.
