How to download a video from BBC iPlayer

Hello. Sorry for the bump.

I'm having a hard time downloading this video: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01sv2kr

I'm outisde UK and it plays well so no need for proxy at least.
But my PC always fail to install Python so I can't use youtube-dl. I found a GUI version but it gives an error with that link. If a kind heart is near to help me get the video I'd be grateful.

just download the youtube-dl.exe, no need python installed, it works

Yes I'm using Windows, when I launch youtube-dl nothing happens. The cmd windows quickly appears-disappears so I thought Python was required but its install kept giving an error.

You have to open a text editor (notepad.exe)

Safe the file as try.bat , to be put in the youtube-dl's folder , launch it .
