Best free mkv with 2 audio tracks to .iso or Video_TS

Hi! guys , nice work

I've tried some converter but I can't have both audio tracks that have the .mkv . So my question is what would be the best free or cheap software that can convert a .mkv (with 2 audio tracks) into an .iso or Video_TS ready to be burn. Some .mkv are double layers so it need to be able to fit on a DVD5. And it could be doing the inverse, take a video_ts or a .iso and make a .mkv (with 2 audio tracks). If you can have 2-3

hi,
For mkv to regular dvd (resolution 720X480) , try AVStoDVD.
For mkv to AVCHD dvd (resolution 1280X720 - 1920X1080p), try BD-Rebuilder (re-encoding) or Tsmuxer (no re-encoding)
For iso to mkv, try Makemkv
