  1. I've followed the help guide ( dvd2vcd ) and everything is working great.
I am having one problem with the process. My computer freezes up during the DVD2AVI tranfer. Is this due to lack of memory or processing speed? I got 128 RAM and a 750 AMD processor. When I tried to convert all 5 vob files it would freeze up 30 seconds into the transfer. I started to do them one at a time and everything was super until I started the third VOB. My guess is lack of memory or processing but maybe I'm wrong and hopeing I can get some answers. Thanks guys. Josh

  2. One other question. Since I'm doing the VOB's 1 at a time when ever I select the audio do I select track 1 with VOB 1 , Track 2 with VOB 2 , ECT..... Josh

  3. Nope track 1 for each vob, or track two, or track three It sounds like the third vob may be corrupted so try and get it again if you can.

  4. what's this "transfer".... aren't u trying to create a .d2v project file w/ dvd2avi so u can frameserve into tmpgenc? if that's the case, you do this w/ all the vobs at once....

  5. His problem was that DVD2AVI wouldn't do all the vobs at once. As it works on each vob seperately except vob 3 it looks like vob3 is shagged.

  8. Thanks for your help guys. I beleive I'm using the 1.82. I am trying to create a d2v file so I can frameserve it. I believe I don't have the memory to support to process. I'm gonna wait until I load my computer to the max with RAM and then continue to process.
