I am using Microsoft PowerPoint to create title pages for each chapter of my video. I'm using a screen capture software to record the video which works great! I record each title page for at least 15 seconds to give me plenty of video to work with while editing. All I want to know is, how do I determine the proper length of time for each edited title page so it's not up too long or too short?

Read it out loud, twice, slowly. That's your timing.

(Powerpoint seems like going the long way around the block, but if it works for you, great.)
