Handbrake low fps if left unattended

Hi all,


I've started handbrake and left the computer unattended.

After I've returned an hour later, the fps was very low, around 2,
and all I have to do is click the handbrake window (or move a mouse, not sure)
and the fps jumps back to around 40.

Anything I can do about it?

No other programs were running at the time (except windows itself, of course)

Probably the OS entering low power mode. Disable that in the power options.
