Green lines on captured video file

I captured some videos from vhs tape with dany tv tuner card.There are green lines on these captured video files that are now in dvd format.
My vhs tape is clean and it plays on normal lcd without any defect.Problem in capturing with honestech dvr which is in Tv tuner card bundle.
I also captured these files with Powerdirector also.Problem is same.How I can solve this problem.

That's possible. From the description of the video and problem, sounds the same. Maybe two folks working with the same VHS source, using similar software, and getting a green line? Anyway, you ask for a samp of the original source and nothing happens.

Seems like confusion abounds whenever this problem is mentioned. I like this answer from a YouTube forum:

Darn, I thought a vertical line would go up and down, not across. Can't trust anybody these days.

I think "Green line" and "DVD" are enough to convince me.
