hi hope someone can help me. im using TMPGEnc to convert movie so i can make a VCD but for some reason on this one file i get this message : illegal floating decimal point calculation order.
this appairs about have way through the convertion. does anyone know what this means or how to stop it?

What it means is that there is a corrupt frame. Bottom line, the file needs to be fixed before converting to mpg.
What type of file is it ? -

It means you have some bad frames in the original file.
Install DivX Antifreeze; find a link under tools and change in TMPGEnc. under Environmental settings: VFAPI plug-ins: DirectShow Multimedia File Reader priority to 1 by right clicking it and select Higher Priority
