You need to be much more precise wewn asking something like that, because the answer to your question depends on several things (what type of videos youīre planning to edit, what format you need to edit, what will be the end product, for example, DVD, Bluray, computer file, youtube upload, etc..as well as the complexity of the things you want to do within the editor, also known as a NLE, like adding titles, transitions, audio tracks and color correction, etc...)
    But since you have to ask like this, itīs obvious you want the best program for beginers, so take a look a this list:

    See if one of them fills your needs and go to the developerīs site to find out more about it, see more screenshots and perhaps download a trial or demo version. Just stay away from the many that say "no longer developed" because they probably wonīt support newer formats and/or codecs.
