does ... I'm really wondering because this powerful software (VCDEASY) with so many options doesn't have the SAVE option
or maybe I couldn't find it ?

No, there's no save option yet. The closest thing to a save option is the "generate XML". That saves everything you've defined for the VCD (play items, chapters, interactivity, etc.), and you can use it to generate the cd image. But if you need to change anything later, you'll have to edit the xml in a text editor. You can't load it back into VCDEasy and then edit it.
