rotating 90 degree clockwise and at arbitrary angle in Aviutl

sir,
I a newbie recently downloaded Aviutl software in English. although I have tried to learn and have been able to use some of its filters with the help of the forum. But I am unable to rotate a frame to 90deg / or at an arbitrary angle . I request to please advise the filter available in aviutl that makes it possible and how and steps involved?
