what are the real speed number for a pci-e ssd ? my 2 ssd in raid0 benchmark at more than 1000 mb/s but in reality i can only write/read at 300 /400 max.

If you want to test this properly you obviously should use a ram disk.

Nobody buys a SSD like this one and uses it for file copying. So I don't know why you are asking that ?

But if you're still interested, look at some hardware benchmarks that have real life tests, like copying "z" quantity of files of "x" MB filesize, not synthetic benchmarks.

eg. look at the file copy test 10@1000MB would probably be close to what you are interested in for large file transfers

Just curious, your MTBF (mean time between failures) is something akin to "average" that only math geeks truly understand.

But I can calculate 1,200,000 / (24 * 365.25) = 136.89 years running continuously.

I'd say the single thread Crystal Disk benchmark you selected (perhaps intentionally?) is garbage.

Just use the website you refer to and compare with any SSD and the difference is obvious.

Once I get the adapter for my MSI board this thing definitely is on my list.

Right because we all own servers where high queue depths are commonplace. Consumer SSDs will rarely use a queue depth higher than 1 or 2.
You must always assume worst case scenario.

Just use the website you refer to and compare with any SSD and the difference is obvious.

Me: 25% faster random read speed is a whole new level?
You: Your benchmark is garbage because it tests single-thread reads.
Me: 99% of consumer operations are single-thread RW.
You: DURRRR I don't understand!
