Hi guys,
I want to upgrade my pc to 4k resolution.
I heard that 4k at 30Hz is not very good, so what are my options for a video card if i want a smooth 60Hz 4096x2160 desktop ?
I'm not gaming.
My motherboard is a Gigabytes P67X-UD3-B3.
thank you and sorry for my english.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

For starters you need a card that has DisplayPort.
HDMI 2.0 does support 4k/60P as well but caveat emptor, your colors may be crippled due to HDCP. -
thanks newpball.
so it looks like the GTX 650 Ti BOOST is the cheapest 4k video card with a displayport . Am i right? it's very confusing. -
Note that both HDMI & DP will/should require HDCP 2.2 compatibility (not out yet) on BOTH ends of the chain (source, sink) in order to display 4k/UHD 60p copyrighted work. If it's your own internal/private/personal stuff, or if it is your desktop/apps screen, that won't matter.
Yeah, that card looks to be the lowest of the nvidia line to support both 4k/60p and DP.
