    I thought URLSnooper was hijacking Utorrent, but this is not the issue. Malwarebytes is blocking an outgoing range of IP's from Utorrent suddenly after I installed URLsnooper, but after testing Malwarebytes/Utorrent for hours on a VM, it seems this issue was there prior.
