    Is there a programme out there that copies and DVD and burns it

  2. if you mean disc to disc, most will have to be ripped to the hd with smart ripper, then burned back using nero, depending on the dvd reader you have the longer the process of smart ripper mine takes on average about 25 mins per dvd disc. as using smart ripper removes the copy protection.
