  1. I've got a couple of BD rips that are stored as BDMV folders on my harddrive. What I'd like to do is remux those folders into mp4 or mkv files, without having to touch the video or audio tracks. Only thing I'd like to change is deleting some of the audio tracks I don't use.

Is there any easy way to do this on a Mac?

  2. Thanks, but I've already tried Makemkv. All I get is an "can't write to disk" error message when I try to remux an index.bdmv to mkv.

    Code:
    MakeMKV v1.9.2 darwin(x86-release) started
Debug logging enabled, log will be saved as /Users/TOMillr/MakeMKV_log.txt
    Optical drive "DVD+R-DL HL-DT-ST DVDRW GSA-S10N AP12" opened in DASPI v1.5 mode.

And you can write to that folder without problems?

Or try mkvmergegui (if it's available in the mac mkvtoolnix package) and add the biggest m2ts file. Make a new mkv.

Or try tsmuxer for mac and open the mpls playlist, output as a single m2ts. Open in mkvmergegui and make mkv.

Or dual boot into windows. .

  4. Yes, I can write to that folder without any issues. I've also tried pointing the output file on the desktop but I still get the same error message.

But I'm gonna give the other two tools I try and report back.
