    Audio is not my thing.

    I have a DTS-MA sound track, and a DTS full commentary track. I need to know exactly where the main audio drops in volume and the commentary audio takes over (each occurrence).

    Open both in Audacity. Keep just one channel from each source. Make sure they're aligned and the same volume. Invert one. Mix them together. Ie, subtract one from the other.
