What's that moving "overhead" shot about?

How do you pull this out...I mean CAPTURING (with cam - PRE needs) and then POST working including the zooming mov't. Like...what tricks/plugs are needed to do this in Premiere Pro or After Effects, and is this what an EARTH ZOOM is or what is this effect called?? What should be prepared? I just have a HD camera and my software but no helicopter (hihi).

He used a drone, most likely a small quadrocopter. You don't create that kind of change in perspective in post without spending a fortune in 3D modelling.
