I'm looking in to buying an inexpensive DVR, but it doesn't provide closed captions on playback over HDMI.
As a result if I want captions or subtitles I need to disconnect the HDD, plug it into a PC, use CCExtractorGUI to rip the captions to .SRT, then remux with either tsMuxerGUI or MKVmerge.
What I'm looking for is a one step solution to go from a .TS file with embedded Closed Captions to MP4/M2(TS)/MKV with muxed SRT subtitles.
Is there such a thing?

I don't think any GUI can do it in one step.

But maybe you could make a bat/batch script for ccextractor and mkvmerge command line tools. Copy the command line from ccextractorgui and mkvmergegui and put it a bat. Add a for loop to batch through all .ts files in a folder.

Yeah, I was afraid there wasn't anything. Something drag and drop would have been nice.
