I'm am trying to burn a VCD with a bit rate of 3000. I have heard that this will increase the quality of my video but Record Now Max will not allow me to uses the file unless it has a bit rate of 1150. How can I override this safety in Record Now Max. My origonal footage is in DV format from Studio 7 that I shot then converthed to MPEG-1 with Studio 7, and its only about 10 min worth so I don't care about the increased size due to the increased bit rate.....I just want the best quality I can get on the VCD. Can any one help me out. I have also tried it after converting with TMPGEmc and Record Now Max does the same thing if I increase the bit rate. Is there any other way to increase the quality of the VCD. My DVD player dosen't support S-VCD....so thats not an option.
