    What exactly is your video source? MKV, m2ts, DVD, Bluray etc.

    With Handbrake 0.95 (which you said did work), you could use pre 2.x VLC as a decrypter for DVD's. That is not the case with later
    versions.

    Some security updates for both Windows 7 and Internet Explorer. I wonder why even .net won't install anymore..

    Video source is MKV, but now my .net doesn't work, so 0.95 might not work too..

    Not sure if that's helpful, but in the error log it says:Returning IDOK. INSTALLMESSAGE_ERROR A later version of Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile is already installed.
    Even though it isn't.

    Yes. I also did a SFC-scan with an elevated command prompt. Nothing changed.
