AVANTI - NEW version - error of OLD version - need help

I downloaded the latest version of AVANTI and ffmpeg and AviSynth. When I click "Start Process", I get an error message saying:

11:37:56 - Unsupported version (older than January 2014).

... Avanti needs a recent version that supports extended features.

This doesn't make sense. Help please?

Did you try yhe latest Zeranoe FFmpeg build?

You need to copy ffmpeg.exe and ffplay.exe to the ffmpeg folder at your Avanti install directory.

Ok, problem was that the ffmpeg.exe was in a directory called 'bin' (comes that way when downloading) you just have to put those files into the ffmpeg root DIR and then it works. Thanks!
