    Other than VidCoder and Handbrake (neither is good at converting iso to mp4) can anyone recommend a good program to convert iso to mp4?

    What is wrong with vidcoder?
    What does your iso image contain? Dvd-video(video_ts folder) or blu-ray video(bdmv folder).

    Did you forget to mention what's inside the ISO? And is there any reason you can't extract whatever's inside the ISO first, before converting it?

    Vidcoder and Handbrake don't support chapters when I try to convert my ISO's to MP4's. They only give me the option of the first chapter, which is never the main chapter I'm trying to convert.

    ...and these are video_ts folder's (DVD's)

    You could extract the ISO(as manono suggested) using DVDShrink, there you can make any edits and export to a DVD folder. I personally like HandBrake but to each his/her own.
