Best and Easy editing software

Hi.
I need an easy siftware for edit and produce professional home videos with below options:
1- add caption to videos
2- add swf art on videos
3- edit, cut and move options
4- transitions effects
5- on video effects like old effects to videos
6- video color editing like hue and saturation

Please offer me easy software. Not like after effects and premier.
