    I have a Mio Navigator with built-in Dashcam. It reords in this format

    Have you tried any converter like handbrake or some ffmpeg frontend?

    Thank you, Handbrake can convert it to mkv. If I try to convert in m4v I canīt play it

    If you encode audio to aac, you can also output mp4. That should play in most players.
    Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........

    Thank you for the info

    Strange, if I add some files to queue ohne the first file shows .mp4 , with all other files I add itīs m4v, I have to change the files manually to .mp4

    According to several experts here on this forum 4:2:2 needs to be degraded to 4:2:0 if transcoded to H.264 because apparently many devices and players have the brilliant feature not to handle 4:2:2.

    I tried it only on PC with VLC and in a Samsung-TV, both played it
