Using fiddler, I got the URL of a specific video.

The resource URL is

http://hqq.tv/player/get_md5.php?server=http://c9.vkcache.com&link=hls-vod-s4/flv/api/files/videos/2015/01/17/14214922344d610.mp4.m3u8?socket&at=36ffa73772c590cf3f0aff0fd73f41da&adb=1/

I tried several methods and downloaders but I am stuck. I suspect this is a video that is downloaded in fragments.
