Not even sure if this belongs here, but here it comes.
How do i play on my Xbox but windowed on top of my computer's desktop (and no i'm not talking about emulator) so i don't switch from AV1 to AV2 (i'm not lazy, but there is a reason why i need this tactic).

As you can see here the Xbox/Ps3 is connected to the Computer and then the output video is windowed on top of the desktop's screen.
Perhaps i'm just a newbie, but can this happen?

You need a video capture card. You then connect the Xbox to the capture card "line in". Just note that it very likely won't be playable, or at least not enjoyable. There is usually lag in the display induced by the path through the capture card before being displayed.
