  1. Hi everyone,

I had the trial version, and it worked fine, with or without menus, so I bought Cirlinca HD-Audio Solo Ultra 4.4, and it's not working,
as it always stops with the message: Error creating menu m2ts-2
    Internal error in BDPhase 0 16 2 0 3 - section 3.3
Please submit an incident report in OnLine/Support
    Build aborted

My menus consist of simple JEPG files. I have 3 groups, consisting of 16 Quad 96/24 tracks, 16 Stereo 96/24 tracks, and 3 Quad 96/24 tracks. There are no videos, only audio. I have tried making the stereo mixes fake Quad, and still get the same message. I have tried tons of things, but it always shows the same error. Anyone?

I have tried the default menus.
I have had the PC checked for viruses and errors, including HHDs B+C, where everything related is located.
I have tried a hundred variations.

Fact is: Whenever I want to have a menu, I get that message, and there is nothing I can do about it.
It worked fine a few days ago. What could possibly have happened?

I have contacted Cirlinca, and they have replied once so far, and I guess they are looking to recreate the error and a solution, but I have no idea when. Last time it took them 3 days to answer.

Has anyone ever had this problem and found a solution to it?

Any idea how to overcome this hurdle?

    Thanks in advance.

I've never used it for BD audio, only DVD-Audio discs.

Well, they are certainly taking their time. It took them at least 3 days to reply with a coupld of additional details they wanted from me, and I haven't heard from them for about a week now.

Could you perhaps try to put a BD with menu together?
