Strange.....
Run a good virus scan to make sure you do not have some kind of ransomware. -
Could it be Windows file encryption? Right click on one of the files in Explorer, properties/advanced
check to see if encryption is selected. -
yes davexnet . i have find files are encryption. when i try to uncheck the box it show error
-
What makes you think the files are encrypted? The error dialogs indicate the files can't be accessed, not that they're encrypted. There's probably a security or ownership issue.

Microsoft says to do the following to decrypt a folder or file that you have encrypted via the check box:
1. Right-click the folder or file you want to decrypt, and then click Properties.
2. Click the General tab, and then click Advanced.
3. Clear the Encrypt contents to secure data check box, click OK, and then click OK again. -
Files showing up as green in Explorer are usually using NTFS encryption.
As myself and usually_quiet have mentioned, that is the standard way to reverse the encryption.
However, looks like there is a permissions issue. The encryption is associated with the credentials of the user
who originally encrypted the folder. I'm not sure there's any way around it.
I remember dragging and dropping an encrypted file to a Fat32 Flash drive and it warns about
copying to a non-encrypted format - it will do it if you give permission. But once again, only the original user
who encrypted the file can do this. -
I've no idea if it will successfully decrypt your files, but this may be worth a shot...
RichCopy is a free file copy utility which can try to remove encryption while copying files and folders between drives.
To make the Remove Encryption option available you need to enable "Advanced" in the View menu. Then in the Copy options look at Default/File Attributes/Error Handling.

If you re-read the thread title, it says the files "only playing on my computer and not other"
If you have access on your computer, undo the encryption there, then copy the files to the second PC. -
yes davexnet i have access on my computer, but now problem is that it is taking tooooo much time to dcrypt. i have around 700 gb video data. (wedding video). when i give a copy to my customer they said it is not playing..
