Premiere Pro: Is there a plugin that automatically finds edits?

Basically, I want to take an existing movie, import it into a Premiere timeline, then use a plugin to analyze the movie, find the existing cuts, then replace them with new ones.

I'm trying to delete certain shots and keep others.

You can do the scene change detection with Adobe's Speedgrade or DaVinci Resolve and then export the EDL to Premiere for matching.
