I am looking for a new Blu Ray Player that has USB capibilities.....Is there a list of Blu Ray Players that do NOT have the Cinavia protection installed? Perhaps someone on the forum would know? Thank You.

ALL new BluRay players have been required to support Cinavia for some time now, I think at least over a year. There is no list because all currently made players must support it.
Please understand the following.
1) If you buy the disc, it WILL play. Cinavia does not stop legally purchased discs from playing. Yes, we know - you have kids who destroy your precious discs and you couldn't possibly be talking about copying discs that you didn't buy. We know. We know. You are only talking about making copies of your legally purchased discs.
2) If you can live without Sony label discs, the odds are extraordinarily high that you won't have to worry about Cinavia. Other than Warner Brothers, who barely uses it, the only studio I have ever seen that uses it in large amounts is Sony.
3) This could always change, but right now even players that support Cinavia don't seem to be checking for it on USB media. And even if that changes, some streaming media players like those by Western Digital will never support it because they don't license BluRay and thus can't be made to support it. So ripping BluRays with Cinavia and making MKV files out of them is likely to never be effected by Cinavia one way or another.
