Hi.
I have a recorded ts file from TV, which I have edited and converted to MKV.
But I have a split second where the sound makes a big noise.
How can i cut this mini part out, and still get one whole MKV file, WITHOUT re-encoding?
Canīt really find any programs, that does that job, for free
Greetings, Andreas...

You don't want to cut it (I think) you just want to suppress the volume to 0 momentarily. Without knowing the audio and video codecs of your MKV there's no way to give specific advice. But generally, demux the audio and video stream in something like MKV toolnix, bring the audio into something like audacity to change the volume, remux the new audio with the original video in something like mkv toolnix.

https://www.videohelp.com/tools/Shotcut
it's the best video trimmer with precise for me...
other tools like mkvtoolnix, etc can cut till milisecond too, but not too precise
