Unable to load MXF Files to Adobe Media Encoder CS6

When I try to load MXF files to AME CS6 I get the message: “.MXF could not imported. Could not read from source. Please check settings and try again”. I do not know about any settings for the input file.
The MXF files is from a Canon FX100 and I use the Canon XF Utility software to download from the camera to my PC. I cannot even load MXF files that the decoder decoded before with no problems. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
I have been using the encoder before for a while with no problems. I have also downloaded the trail version of Adobe Media Encoder CC 2014 and have the same problem.

Were there any changes to your computer before the problem arose? Windows updates or any updates?
You mentioned that you have been using the encoder before for a while with no problems. If you can roll back to a date when everything was working then it may be worth a try.
