Help with Elgato ASAP! (PS3)

Hi guys, I've setup my Elgato, and everything's fine... except from the quality. It seems to be a lot more crappy compared to when I just use a HDMI cable. It's weird since I use the same HDMI cable for my Elgato, and I've put all the settings at their highest.
