I've got two videos, they are the same video of the same content , downloaded from different source, resolution, length, bit rate everything is the identically the same under the properties.

but one of them is 118,308,504 byte another one is 118,310,669

What is the reason for the difference? where and why is it the difference?

  3. Sometimes video files such as MKV can contain attachments. One may include subtitles while the other doesn't.

Have a look with MediaInfo (View Text or HTML mode).

exactly! sometimes, some video files store datas.
Personally, I can see that detail with free make video or I remember that when you press "V" on your keyboard with VLC, if there are subtitles, they appear.

So you can decide between them by simply using VLC
