Hello,

I´m new here and i´m searching help about a project i´m developing, and is a bit of a pickle...

Basically i´m going to film a knee surgery with two cameras, and show it on a projection screen in the conference building next door.
The building has a LAN and fiber optics structure that connects the two building.
Also there is a wireless microphone that the surgeon wears to speak to us, and a speaker in the OR were the surgeon can ear questions from our student audience.

This is basically a medical class that uses live video from the surgery to have Q&A during the surgery.

My question is what would be the best way to show the live footage on the projector in the conference room with fullHD specs, over the LAN network, and how can i synchronize the audio in/out to ear both way using the same network??

Was looking at some Blackmagic items that looked interesting.

The last surgery, we connected the cameras directly to a video mixer, and the output to the projector, but the conference room was on the same building, at 150 meters. This one looks a bit trickier…

Can anyone help???
