De-interlacing and de-blending help please

It's PAL. It's supposed to be easy!

I'm not clever enough to work out how to fix this one, if it's possible.

Suggestions will be appreciated. Sorry about the small sample but my upload speed is terrible. I think it'll be enough.

It's field-blended from a film source:

Yadif(Mode=1)#or the better QTGMC
SRestore()

Yes, Yadif(mode=1).SRestore() worked for me. Make sure your MPEG2 decoder is passing field order information to AviSynth. Or specify the field order (TFF) for Yadif: Yadif(mode=1,order=1).SRestore() or AssumeTFF().Yadif(mode=1).SRestore().
