You can use adblock plus firefox addon too to find manifest url
1) install adblock plus firefox addon
2) start the video (maybe you need desactivate adblock plus for play the video)
3) click ABP icon click Open blockable items
4) search for 'manifest' (without ' ')
5) copy the url
6) use it with livestreamer
7)

livestreamer "hds://http://mtgxlv01-vh.akamaihd.net/z/tv3/nekapersoniga/2015.01.25.np.mp4/manifest.f4m?g=...........&hdcore=3.5.0&plugin=aasp-3.5.0.151.81" best -o video.ts

with in red the url given by adblockplus addon
