Your mpeg files must have whats called "sequence headers" encoded before every "GOP".

Whatever way you're encoding to mpeg isn't doing this. It's only putting a sequence header at the begining of the mpeg.

Either get something else to encode, or search the tools section of this board for a program that can add them in.

  3. As what leebo stated. Your MPEG probably doesn't have regular MPEG sequence headers which are needed for entrypoint placement.

Read the relevant section (on the Panasonic MPEG encoder) on how to fix this here:

  4. Wow !! today it happened to me with "3000 mile from ...".

I was using, as usal, TMPGEnc checking the GOP structure in "Closed GOP" and "detect scene change".

Authoring the mpg with VCDEasy it allowed only one chapter :-(((

It has always worked until today !!

    Any idea ??
