Proxy server based in Canada, configure Firefox to use that server, then use one of the add-ons to download the video.

I wonder why these guys that upload these videos try to block it from being viewed in certain countries, when a simple google search shows you how to get around the block, do they really think that there are people savvy enough to find content on YouTube but not savvy enough to figure out how to view it?
