  1. We are using a Texas instruments TMS320DM6446 Evaluation module. we are running example code given by spectrum digital inc.
    http://c6000.spectrumdigital.com/davincievm/revf/files/davincievm.zip

the video loop back code. the output of the board is not stable, video is jumping.

but with the examples of color bar proper output is seen.

video input is s-video or composite 1vpp/75ohm PAL Standard
    Video output is composite output.

the camera output is pal standard 1vpp/75ohm.this we are feeding in to demo board, board output is connected to standard television.

  2. I would check wiring, grounding loop, separation, sync slicer, clamping settings... (video can be AC or DC coupled, some electronics require explicitly AC coupling).

  3. 1.wiring connectivity

camera output is (PAL) BNC. FROM the camera output bnc to composite converter is there. then this input is given to the board s-video port. board composite output is connected to tv.

    the image i attached.

    2. both evaluation module and tv ground are looped properly, i.e supplying from the same source.

  4. It looks like wrong/incorrect configuration of the TMS320DM6446.
I would go for detailed configuration checking - and i recommend myTI forum section - probably answer can be delivered significantly faster (perhaps unique sequence or some workaround for some HW quirk required).
