Hi all, I've encountered an issue with ChapEditGFD that I can't seem to find any information on.
I have an .m2v file that I'm authoring in GUI for dvdauthor. I have manually created a text file containing the times that I was to set chapters on. I used the frame count on these times when I encoded the .m2v in HCEnc to ensure an I-frame at each specific time.
When I load the file into ChapEditGFD, I see that the timecode displayed in the upper-left corner is a few seconds behind where it should be, therefore the chapter gets set a few seconds too far ahead. I've double-checked my times to make sure I didn't make an error when creating them, and I also loaded up the .m2v in VirtualDubMod to make sure nothing was changed during the encode process, and they all look exactly as they should. This leads me to think that the issue is with ChapEditGFD.
Have any of you seen this kind of problem before? Thanks in advance!

After some more troubleshooting, I've noticed that the problem gets continually worse the further into the video, so the chapters towards the end are off even more than the ones at the beginning.
If I move the slider bar all the way to the right in ChapEditGFD, it shows the total running time as 1:57:11.461, but the actual running time of the video is 1:57:25.572 which I confirmed using VirtualDub. When I look at the last frame of the video in ChapEditGFD I do see the correct last frame, so it seems that ChapEditGFD squeezes or shortens its internal view of the video file somehow.
