Avemerdia Capture FPS

hello. I used Avermedia EzRecorder 130, EzRecorder HD and Gamecapture HD to record videos from cable tv.

these three models record mp4 fullhd 60fps files,
anyone know how to set to record with only 30 fps, because 60fps its a problem to edit.

I use VirtualDub but in full processing mode (you have to recompress the video).

How do you capture from cableTV? I have EzRecorder 130 but I can't because of HDCP protection =((
