The "rtmpe://cp24807(...)" link is only provided after http://www.j-one.com/ultraman-le-heros-solaire/ is loaded and the geolocation test is passed.

i you can use livestreamer it's hls protocol (m3u8), AdobeHDS it's for hds protocol

Edit the link, changing _100.mp4 to _864.mp4 for the highest quality.

You only need a proxy until you see a play button, then you can turn off the proxy, press play or re-play, and the video will play over your own IP.

It is very difficult to find a free proxy that works, and then that proxy might get shut off and you have to find another.

Yeah, but to do that all the time it's really annoying me.
I can't download it easily and whenever I want with rtmp downloader or stream video recorder, because it can't detect the rtmpe link sometimes.

Did you find the rtmpe link with fiddler? Or is it work with adblock

It needs French proxy. Free proxies go up and down every hour, they don't last. Check xproxy free list, or other free proxy lists. Or try browser plugin, or VPN. There is no solution that gives a reliable free proxy.
